We have just begun studying the gospel of John at church, settling our hearts in on the opportunity we have in Christ to see God’s glory! I was struck, again, this week, by the intimacy Moses had in communicating with God. .. then God blessing Israel with His Shikinah Glory in the tabernacle… I need to delve deep and swim around in the truth that Christ has made this glory of God near, approachable for me! ! And like you said, we have to lay aside our obsession with self to really consider and be refreshed by the truths of who or God is! ! Breathtaking!!
